Do you like to read to relax, or listen to song in your free time or maybe make a masterpiece? Well, these might be your hobbies.
If you ask me about hobbies, I’m all about variety! I love good novel, like listening melodies of my favourite songs, and being creative through blogging or making artwork. I enjoy learning how to code and exploring the digital world. And when I need a break from it all, you might find me going for a run in the morning.

Benefits of Having a Hobby
Hobby can be writing a blog, coding, sketching, collecting themed items, playing a sport or just relaxing. Having a hobby is crucial as it doesn’t help you get bored. Pursuing a hobby can help you improve your confidence level, boost your self-esteem, and improve your quality of life. Hobbies can tap your creative side as well! Hobbies can be a way to express your-self and challenge your-self in a healthy way.
A study published online Sept. 11, 2023, by Nature Medicine suggests that having a hobby is good for your health, mood, and more. Researchers combed through five large studies involving more than 93,000 people across 16 countries (including the United States, Japan, China, and a dozen European countries). Participants were all ages 65 or older, and more than 60% had longstanding mental or physical health conditions. They periodically answered questionnaires about their health and well-being, and were followed for four to eight years. Compared with people who didn't have hobbies, those who did reported better health, more happiness, fewer symptoms of depression, and higher life satisfaction.
